Green Cleaning Services were a new cleaning services company specialising in using Eco friendly products. The owner understood the need to appear at the top of the search engines to attract new customers and to have a website that would convert visitors into leads.

Green Cleaning Services are certified with quality standard ISO 9001:2015 and Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS)

Challenges

Green Cleaning Services faced the following challenges:

  • The market was highly saturated with companies trying to offer low cost cleaning services
  • The economy was slowing down
  • It generally takes a long time to rank new domains online

Our Strategy

Our first objective was to build a website that was better than the competition. To do this we researched the websites from the leading worldwide cleaning companies.

We understood that achieving the required SEO rankings was a long-term process but that the website should contain useful information that would build trust for the visitors to the website.

After the completion of the website we initiated SEM and SEO campaigns

  • We used Google Ads to drive paid traffic to the website
  • We created weekly SEO content using the search term results from the Google Ads campaign

The weekly content was based upon the expertise of Green Cleaning Services in all the sectors in which it operates.

Results, Return on Investment and Future Plans

Optimized Successful Projects

After one year, Green Cleaning Services was in number one position in Google organic search for each of the main keywords that they were targeting.

Green Cleaning Services increased their business by 20% year on year.

The number of new SEO posts was then reduced from four to two a month but the amount of traffic to the website still increases every month.

DHI Panama Case Study

Summary

DHI Hair Transplant and Hair Loss Treatment are the largest and most experienced medical team in hair restoration.

DHI were opening a new franchise in Panama City which was to target:

  • Well-off local Panamanian businessmen
  • Other Latin Americans who wan the best hair transplant in the world without have to travel to Europe or Asia
  • Americans and Canadians who were looking for cheaper options for a world class procedure

Challenges

DHI Panama faced the following challenges:

  • The website must follow the guidelines set by DHI Group management
  • Other DHI clinics were being set up in Latin America
  • There is a lot of competition online for hair restoration

Our Strategy

Our strategy was to build a WordPress website which was to:

  • Configure the website correctly for technical SEO
  • Write SEO pages for each of the main services provided prior to launch
  • Continually add content on a weekly basis case studies and helpful articles
  • Use Google Ads to support the search rankings until the organic SEO was functioning well

Results and Return on Investment

The website ranked on the first page of Google Organic Search for all the target keywords within 6 months which enabled the Google Ads Campaigns to be discontinued.

Hotel Casa Antigua Case Study

Summary

Casa Antigua is a small boutique hotel that needed to increase direct reservations to lower commissions paid to travel fare aggregators such as booking.com

Challenges

Hotel Casa Antigua faced the following challenges:

  • The travel fare aggregators and TripAdvisor dominate Google Paid and Organic search
  • The number of tourists was reducing
  • A number of similar hotels have recently opened nearby

Our Strategy

Our strategy was to target the keywords that would provide a return on investment. After identifying the target keywords during the first 2 months of the campaign, we would only use Exact Phrase match type keywords to minimize wasteful clicks and free up the budget to achieve top of the page rankings for the principal keywords.

We understood that achieving the required SEO rankings was a long-term process but that the website should contain useful information that would build trust for the visitors to the website.

The campaign would be monitored and managed on a daily basis to continually improve the performance.

The Google Ads campaign saw a 50% increase in the number of bookings at the hotel, of which, 25% were booked directly saving the commission paid by the hotel to travel fare aggregators.
